What to Expect
1.
Call for information. If it's an emergency, and you have no heat in winter, for example, there is a 24-hour on-call service.
2.
Your needs and wants are discussed over the phone.

Estimate provided.

On-site visit may be required to assess work before estimate is provided.

With any new installation, a permit is required from the city. Upon accepting job, Barron's will acquire the permit; which may involve a visit from the city inspector to inspect the work.
6.
All new installations include a 2-year warranty conditional upon annual service by a licensed technician.
7.
Every repair is different; and recommendations, estimate, and warranty depend on the age and quality of product being serviced.
8.
Satisfactory completion of job.
9.
Payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, cheque or cash.
10.
Arrange appointment for annual maintenance service call.
